Delta Web Ordering Process
To place an order via Delta Web navigate to the Orders screen via the sidebar and click the New order button.
The following screen will appear:
Please add an order reference into each of the required reference boxes.
Please add a full delivery address. There are a number of addresses already created on the portal which can be added by clicking the magnifying glass.
Please select a required delivery date – the time is not required unless you do require a specific delivery time.
Please add any specific delivery instructions ie delivery requires a tail lift / nobody on site until 11am etc
Haulier code – Please use Hedges for this option by clicking the magnifying glass:
Select products and product quantity. Add additional lines using the Insert New Record button.
When you have added all products to the order please click the save button in the top left.
Once you have placed an order return to the Order Overview screen and note down the Goods Out Number.
Please email email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know that you’ve placed an order via the portal.
Please include the Goods Out Number, your order reference number, customer name and required delivery date. Please also include any paperwork that you wish to send with the order.
