Mintsoft Ordering Process

To place an order via Mintsoft use the Input New Order link in the left sidebar (1 + 2)

Make sure that Show Bundles and InStock buttons are toggled to On (3)

To display all products available use the dropdown box to show all records (4)

Simply add the quantity you require of each product in the quantity box and click the Add To Cart button

Please note:

You will need to add each SKU separately, there is currently no option to add multiple SKU’s at once.

All stock levels are listed as single items rather than cases / packs.

Once you have added all of the items to your order click the Complete Order button.

You can use the Post Code Lookup tool to generate address details (1) or you can simply type these in the address fields below.

Please make sure the Auto Generate Order Number button is toggled to On (2)

Please add your External Order Reference (3) – This can be an order reference from your customer / reference from your inventory / order management system etc

We require either First Name & Last Name fields entering or a Company Name (4)

Please ensure that the PostCode, Phone Number & Email fields are completed.

Please leave all items in section 1 below as default.

If you wish to save this address for future use please toggle the Save Address button to On (2)

Click Create Order (3) to place your order.

Checking Order Statuses & Tracking

To check an order status and access tracking information use the Order Overview screen

The order status can be toggled using the dropdown box (1)

To see All orders placed please set this to All.  For all Despatched orders please set this to Despatched.

If you need to check the status of a specific order on the system the search box (2) can be used – you can use post codes, reference numbers, names etc as search parameters.  Please ensure that the order status (1) is set to All when using the search function.

Order Statuses:

New – This is a new order which will be sent for picking.

Printed – The order has been printed and is in the process of being picked.

Despatched – Self-explanatory.

Any despatched order with a tracking reference can be tracked via Mintsoft.

Simply click the Actions button (1) for the order you wish to track and click the Track link (2).

This will open up DHL tracking for this particular order.
